Mind Body Practice - What Actually Heals Us?

People are ready for this work when they have tried 3000 supplements, all the doctors and gurus and now realise maybe there is something they can do for themselves.

This is the optimum time to come to this work; when we are ready to consider the body as a source of wisdom.

When we are ready to truly learn about stress physiology and how we are able to regulate this.

When we are ready to stop trying to control and dominate our condition, we are instead ready to build a relationship with our body and ourselves.

And when we are willing to be compassionately growing awareness about our personality patterns, how we came to develop these - and work kindly to bring more coherence to our mind and body.

This work is biopsychosocialspiritual. Our curiosity about ourselves and our innate ability to heal will let ourselves be open to our particular puzzle pieces that will be unique for all.

This is a slow, gentle long term practice that WILL bear fruit when we engage with it daily. Those that want the silver bullet to ‘make the symptoms go away’ are still looking to control and dominate their body and situation - and will continue to switch on their stress response and perpetuate their symptoms. Healing is a commitment to treating ourselves like a beloved rescue puppy or child, with the patience and curiosity to understand how to create the conditions in mind, heart and body for our innate ability to heal to switch on.
